how to apply CGST,SGST,IGST Tax in Billing Format in windows Application c#

i Want to my billing formate show like this

add text boxes for CGST rate,SGST rate,IGST rate and based on this you have to calculate and display amt respectivly in grid then you have to save all these (CGST rate,CGST amt,SGST rate,SGST amt,IGST rate,IGST rate) in table for later use so that you will get all the details later

@Jodha, You want to add textboxes to calculate the CGST, SGST,IGST taxes. Then add that values to the grid. Finaly add that taxes to your Total Amount.
