How to add text to speech feature in .net MVC

Question

Hi I found a requirement that i have a counter as ticket number i am setting its value increment and Decrement , but i want to play the sound of this ticket number as well how to achieve that i am using .NET MVC web application. thanks

into the above code it is working fine but after the speech my view is not getting refresh synthesizer.SpeakAsync(value); that is the issue , and the applicaton never ending
