How to add domain to image virtual path

Hi friends, I am doing jQuery ajax call and saving image in the controller action. Image is saving in the same project folder. But I need to save image in another project images folder.It is in another domain. When I am adding other domain name to image path getting virtual path error. Please tell me how to do this.
