How to Access Calendar Appointments of Other Users using Mic

Question

How can I access other users calendar appointments in MS Outlook to validate if the appointment time created in our application are already taken. We have an account to access MS Graph APIs.

As per further checking, the other account needs to allow calendar delegation access or it needs to be shared. Is there anyway to access the calendars without delegation and sharing using MS Graph? We prefer this because it's hard to maintain that for each user that we need to have an access, we need to perform delegation setup.

Hi Teemee, My recomandation is to use Outlook Calendar REST API and not the MS Graph APIs. it is very simple to use and you dont have to code much Find meeting times https://outlook.office.com/calendars.read.shared wl.calendars wl.contacts_calendars Find meeting time suggestions based on organizer and attendee availability, and time or location constraints specified as parameters. POST https://outlook.office.com/api/{version}/me/findmeetingtimes All the supported parameters are listed below. Depending on your scenario, specify the necessary parameters in the request body of the FindMeetingTimes action.
