How t o localize the paragraph text

i am developing website in two language English and Arabic.i convert the all control into Arabic using culture and it is working perfectly 

 my question is how to convert the text which is present between the paragraph tag dynamically

is there any way to do the converge dynamically i mean the way labels are changes into Arabic when any user select language as Arabic the same i want to convert the paragraph text into Arabic

 please tell me is they any way to translate
