Hi Kuldeep, well I don't have a lot of experience in this matter but I will provide you my understanding of the recruitment process. You see commonly hiring process is split in few phases and the first phase is a HR. They usually just browse through candidates CVs and select the ones that have the skills that are required for the job mentioned in their resumes and then they do an interview with these candidates. Now I don't want to bash on all HR but the ones I know conduct a pretty boring interview, they would ask you some basic and fundamental stuff about some technology and they would evaluate you on god knows what... Anyway when you pass them then you have a real technical interview, in some cases companies do not bother with the first HR step which is great ;). Now on this follow-up interview you will be asked with details about your previous work, also a common thing is to evaluate your coding skills whether with a whiteboard coding, paper coding or genuine IDE coding. Whatever is the case you should really prepare yourself for this. For example I would recommend you to try solving some of the coding tests from the TestDome . Also they offer a free public certificates so you could enhance your resume with them.

Hello Kuldeep, No one can prepare you for programmers interview... Coz Everytime whenever you face them there will be a new HR and their new questions... The only thing which make you strong in front of them, is "Confidence"... Keep confidence and should be aware about that course you Applied for... :)
