How can insert a datagridview combobox values in to database table in

Dear team, I have a datagridview in my windows form application project one of the field is an combobox. I couldn't insert the values in to database table. I used the below code '"+datagridview1.Rows[i].Cells[3].Value+"' But the data will store like 1,2,3. my combobox data is parcel, document, e-commerce but stored 1,2,3 anybody know this kindly help me.
