i am new in mobile website development, could you tell me, how can i develope web application for iPhone and Andriod in asp.net. Is it working fine in both device. Is any extra CSS for achiveing these functionality.

Yes that is possible on any device. All you need to do is, build a Website in ASP.NET and keep size (Width and Height) that fits on a screen and keep in mind the size of a mobile phone. Have this on a sub domain m.website.com and check your home page of main website and if user is coming from a mobile device, send them to m.website.com. ASP.NET provides mobile controls. You need to use those controls to build your web pages.

You cannot build iPhone and Android apps using ASP.NET. ASP.NET builds a website that you can access from iPhone and Android browsers. To build iPhone apps, you need to use iPhone SDK (Managed C++) and to build Android apps, you need Android SDK. If you want to build both in C#, you can use MonoTouch and Mono for Android.
