How can catch Browser URLs and block to open in browser.

hello everyone..
i have developed a window application in c#.
and i want to block websites which are black listed in my application.
so please tell anyone how can i catch browser url and compare with my database.
 
i am looking for any window service or driver or any other tricks for same..
