Hide And Show in MVC

Question

hiiii.. I am learning MVC.I have cofussed in the problem.i have three radiobutton(id,name,mobile).what i need is.If i click the the id it will show only id.and if i click the name radiobutton it will show the name only not show id and mobile.and also the search button in the field.if i search the already existing name it will show .how it can be made. Thanks.... Waiting for ur Advice......

Thanks for ur effort sivakumar koneti. what i need is i have three raddiobutton(id,name,mobile). if i click the id radiobutton it will show the id textbox and if i click the name it will show the name only not the id and mobile.and if i search the already existing id in the search box it will show the id. thanks....
