If you are looking for an ERP project then you may want to try out MixERP: https://mixerp.codeplex.com/ Otherwise if you are looking for someone who can help you build the entire ERP system then I don't think you can find anyone here. Maybe you can but you'll have to pay them :) So my suggestion is to look over the sample ERP project and then start figuring out what's going on and then learn from it. From there you would be able to understand how the system works and able to add features when necessary. You would also need to learn the technologies that are being used. If you are not familiar with the technologies then you should start learning it, at least the basics and learn one step at a time.
