Google is Sneaky

Question

Google is so sneaky. From time to time, Google will place their own ads and if you click on these ads, Google does not pay you anything. I mean NOTHING.
Here is an example.

Now with this ad, Google is promoting their product on expense of our inventory.
How sneaky is that? There should be a law for this kind of activities.

I don't want to get this thread too off-topic but I will say that there are advantages and disadvantages to whatever is done about the PayPal situation. What I am doing now is okay so I am not asking for suggestions; just making the general comment that we little people have much to complain about. There are a few really big bullies in the world currently causing difficulties everywhere in the world and taking advantage of us. They seem to be trying to get control of the world economy. There is plenty to complain about.

In that case, I suppose you could actually request cheque instead of bank account which is much possible in India, not sure of other countries, ofcourse less than some 150$ you will have to pay some commission back to them

Perhaps I misunderstand, but if that were the worst I had to complain about then I would be happy. I think PayPal is much worse. PayPal does say that we need a bank account to have a PayPal account. If we close the bank account associated with a PayPal account or the bank account gets closed, then the PayPal account will continue to work for years until the balance goes over $100 (I am guessing; it might be a coincidence that my balance went above $100). They will continue to accept deposits but they won't let you have the money; they act as if it is their money. They insist that they have a right to do that; that they are not a bank or credit card company. There ought to be a law that if they won't let us spend our money, they should not accept deposits. In case you are interested, I do now have a bank account again but I try to not keep much more than $100 in my PayPal account.
