I have to build a GIS application - Finding shortest path on e-Map. I created an e-Map by using MapInfo, and I used MapXtreme for programming with C#. But I don't know how to manipulate on vertices, edges ( DataStructure of them). I intend to use Genetic Algorithm for finding shortest path...
