Getting Items based on WF Status using JSOM(SP Online)

I want to get information of all items from the lists residing inside the various subsites in a specific site collection for which workflow status is 'not completed/canceled' using jsom for a Sharepoint Online site. The subsite name and listname/listid can be passed to the function as parameters.
