Getting error in Publishing ASP.NET Website

Hi,
    I am  getting problem in publishing and deploying web site actually my problem is that i have created ASP.NET website for inventory system with sqlserver database i also have published and deployed the website correctly and deploying it to localhost server (IIS) through virtual directory when i am running the application through localhost i m getting problem on inserting a new record to database where as retrival of data from database is happening well, so please if u have any solution to this problem plz help me out
