get selected value of SP 2013 radio button on change event

Question

Hi, I need to get the selected value of Sharepoint choice field (radio button) in on change event in custom new item form using jquery.Can anyone help me on this?

Hi Hiten, It is a custom list New Item form which is a customized one. Created this custom New item form using sharepoint designer 2013. It is not a modal and it has a sharepoint radio button field for which i required on change event to get the selected value.
