Get selected Page's Title and Description from Pages library

Question

Hi all, I want to get selected Pages titles and descriptions from Pages library[either CSOM or JSOM or SOM] .How Can i acheive this.Please Respond ASAP.

Hi, Thanks for the response!!! My requirement is : I have to get the selected Pages Titles and description of "Pages" library through code either CSOM orSOM.This is the first time i have encountered with this kind of task and i am not aware through which object model this requirement is acheivable.I haven't find proper links related to my requirement.Please Suggest.
