Get IMEI in device application in c# dotnet

I'm developing device application in c# dotnet. I want to know how to get IMEI in c# dotnet. Please help.

Dear Kirtan Thank you so much for the response. I downloaded Tapi from the given link. Then i copied the given code in a new project where i added TapiLib.dll as a reference. But while compiling i got an error 'Type or namespace Tapi could not be found are u missing using a directive or an assembly reference'. Plz help..
