get and post method in api using mvc

Question

please someone give some idea to resolve my new requirement. And my requirement is: A student have a url link on their email he cilcked on link then a page is opend where he putted their name and contact number and submited. now i want to save their records on my database using api ,mvc, please give any ideas.

Hi Chandu, Below, you find the steps that may help you to add student details into db. Here AddStudentDetails Api which will be used to persist data into your db. Hi Chandan, I think you should go for post method , reason being you want to insert the data to database rather fetching from it. Further you need to pass parameter which will be passed as message body not as query string.
