Hi, Func , Action and Predicate were introduced in .net 3.5. sing generic delegates, it is possible to concise delegate type means you don’t have to define the delegate statement. Action performs an operation on the generic arguments. Func performs an operationon the argument(s) and returns a value, and Predicate is used to represent a set of criteria and determine if the argument matches the criteria. For example we have a delegate called DelegateInt that takes two integer parameters and returns an int type. public delegate string GenericDelegateNumber (T1 a, T2 b); The DelegateInt works only with methods that have two integer parameters. What if we want to create a delegate that will work with any type of two parameters and return any type? In that case, it will not work.
