Firewall setting for Website

Hi Folks, I have a Website ( For Ex : TEST) hosted in Windows Server 2016. The Server has firewall access to external Webservice. For my present requirement I'm creating a new website (Assume it as TESTNEW). Does this Website require's firewall access again to access the Webservice. I assume that we don't need to explicitly request Firewall access for the new Website. Any help appreciated !!
