Export WebPage to Excel - Excel removing trailing zeros

While Exporting WebPage to Excel the value 0.50 change to 0.5. Due to excel's default behaviour , it is removing
trailing 
zeros.
I want to show it as 0.50 in excel also. Please help.
I am converting Web Page to Excel at client side using javascript.
