Export or save a Subreport as a new Main Report? URGENT

Hello, I have a report that contains a subreport.  The subreport .rpt file has become corrupted and shows 0 kb in size, but the report that contained the subreport is still working fine.  Is there a way to re-create my subreport as a main report by exporting or saving the subreport to a new file?  Please help...
