Error while accessing the SharePoint site

Hi All,

 

Q) Users who have valid permission they can access the SharePoint site without any issues but few users can't able to access the site with given valid permission and they are getting 'Page cannot be displayed' error message. There is no error in Master page or web part and users are exist in AD also. What is the reason for this and how to fix it? Pleae help.
