Error In Search Of Mobile No From Data Gird

Question

I want to search mobile no from Grid with selection of ComboBox. Search bar search names but when i code for mobile and cnic this error appeared, error and code as under; (using C# with Access2016 database)

System.Data.EvaluateException: 'Cannot perform 'Like' operation on System.Double and System.String.'

@Rizwan, Have you tried my updated answer, there is no matter what's the datatype coming from your database, to use like operator, column should be string type so we have converted to string type, I have used this type of features plenty times.

MobileNo is Double in Database and if i retrieve than which dtype i use to use LIKE function to my textbox

after retrive the data from the database into ds .Define a datatable woth the same fields that matchs to ds table .But mobilno should be text type .Data datable assign to grid and convert to DataView .So you can use Like operator
