Error 1904 During Crystal Reports Deployment

I have built a project using the crystal report veiwer tool in Visual Studio 2003.net with Crystal reports v10 Had some inital problems due to upgades that had been done see thread http://216.26.160.137/Forums/AspNetForums20/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3641 I was able to successfuly build the project and then I tested the resulting program onto pc with windows 2000 operating system. This worked great. I then proceded to install it to another pc with NT4 operating system with service pack 6. During the instalation I receved the error. Error 1904 Module c:\Program Files\Crystal decisions\Enterprise\win32_x86\plugins\auth\secwinad\secwinad.dll Failed to register hresult -2147024770 I clicked Ignore to the error and completed the installation.
