I have created mvc web application for registration and login, by following this example below;

When i ran this application, i am getting on my browser "email already exist", before i was getting this error up until unblocked the cookies from the browser. " "The required anti-forgery cookie “__RequestVerificationToken” is not present". Please help me , thanks.
