e-clearance application made with sharepoint2013.

we have an e-clearance application made with sharepoint2013. after approval from different department, the clearance is ready for printing but suddenly when we're about to print a clearance, the table doesn't show on the print preview. we tried restarting the server but no changes...any idea? thanks.
