dynamically get report from form using combo box

in a html page ::
there is a combobox with  group name
there is a combobox with item name
there is a submit button

the combo and submit are in the brower..
i have my commands in windows form...


i have to loop with every item of each group
in every item i have to submit
then move to next item ... then submit

after the items end , then i have to move to next group and loop for each item
then submit

how can i find  the comboname , submit name , and loop each combo and submit...
