double entry on button

I am currently facing issue, the user clicks a time on the Button ,then the entry get inserted two times in database. How can I solve this

Hello There can be several possibilities to get double entries in the database. please check the below points. Button Click Event: add multiple click prevent code. Add Primary key constraint: to prevent duplicate entries in the database you can add primary or unique key constraints. Check duplicate code for insert data in the database from different places.
