I assume you mean RDBMS not RDMS. If you really meam RDMS then please tell us where you see that or at least what RDMS is an acronym for. A RDBMS (Relational DataBase Management System) is a type of DBMS (DataBase Management System). Relational databases were invented by E. F. Codd employed by IBM at the time.
