Desktop shortcut changes to Program files(x86) folder

Hello All, 
I have created MSI using Setup and Deployment in Visual studio 2005. My Application is  32-bit. I have tested 
MSI on 32-bit Win7 and 64-bit Win7 OS. and its works Correctly.

But the Problem arise when Client is Installs MSI using Group Policies from 64-bit Server to all their client PC.   When Client PC User click on Desktop shortcut of it says c:\programs files (x86)\ is not exits.

The Deskop shortcut should point to C:\Program files\ Folder but instead it point to c:\Program files(x86)\ .

What can be done in Setup and Deployment Project to handle this situation?
Can anyone have idea?
