It is SharePoint Foundation 2013. and it missing the design manager but i go to under site administrator-->site collection to activate the design manager feature but its not their, can somebody please tell me how to bring thr design manager obtion or how iadd .HTML page in to my web application for frontview, is their another way to do it without design manager.
