Deploy .Net with InstallShield (older versions)

Hi,

Has anyone tried deploying .Net 3/2/1.1 applications with older versions of InstallShield? Specifically installshield versions with no built-in .Net support yet.

I'll be using InstallShield  version 2.03. What's the best way to do this? Is there a merge module for .net?

Any advice, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm having a hard time converting our existing InstallShield project from version 2.03 to version 2008. That's why I opt to deploy it using version 2.03 instead.
