Delete Functionality on clicking Radio button

Dear one and all,
                                I need a small example how to develop the following one. I am having a grid view binded with some data. I am having a radio button inside grid view. what i need is when i select a radio button and when i click on delete button the row should be deleted.

Can any one help me out.
