DateTime in SOAP

Dear

I have a web method in a web service that return a DateTime object

[WebMethod]
public DateTime GetDate()
{
   return DateTime.Now;
}

The SOAP response I get alsway like this: (sample) 2006-03-22T13:25:02.0000000+07:00
I want the SOAP response only: 2006-03-22T13:25:02 (yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss)
How can I do that?
