Datepicker to pick dates from only 1 year from current date

hi,
 
I have a jq code where minDate = new Date();.
this allows to pick the min date of datetimepicker as today.
I want to pick the max date on the calender pickup which shows the dates only 1 year from now.
 
Please help.
