Hi Bharathi Raja, step 1 : Create below method in which Form is your datagridview and return which you want to clear... public DataGridView return_Grid() { return this.dataGridView1; } Step 2 : Now From which form you want to clear the grid Create obj global like this Form2 F2 = new Form2(); in your Clear button write this code : F2.return_Grid().Rows.Clear(); If you can't then tell me I will send you demo project....
