data grid columns rearrange

my dataset have the column in col1,col2,col3 when i bind that dataset to datagrid it will display col1,co0l2,col3 but i want display that as col2,col1,col3 waht can i do ,as well as if any one have the idea about how to place the combobox in grid view plz send me ....
