crystal report exporting to pdf error

hi the fallowing error coming when i export crystal report to pdf . Method not found: 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.PropertyBag CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.ISCRExportOptions.get_ExportOptionsEx()'. can any one give me solution for this

import this namespace using CrystalDecisions.Shared; using CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine; and Add a reference to your project for the required dll, or you can install crystal report viewer to your machine

Hi Bageri, am having the same error as above the code is running on .net 4.5, using Crystal Report 13 . do you have any fix to this. Any help will be appreciated.
