Crystal Report error Document Could not been opened.

my crystal report version 13.0.26 visual studio 2010 whenever i'm going to open its taking too much time and occur error is " The document has not been opened. " can any one help me what to do ?

Go to IIS--> app pool--> your app pool--> change to Local Service - Please make sure that both aspnetclient and CRviewer folder have been copied to your root folder - Grant full permission to your folder

two reasons are there for this error 1.Your crystal report targeting a database which is either doesn't exist or changed. 2.Your crystal report depend on query which is not producing result or there is some error in the query.

@Bhavesh Be very specific to your question, as you didn't mentioned anywhere that the issue you are getting is on IIS (as you are the only one who know aboiut the real issue, members didn't know about the scenario). its solved now but still stand issue the when i open report through the hosted in iis the report showing nothing. no error no result.

when i open report vie Visual studio 2010 the report open normal. but when i try to open report via IIS localhost its nothing showing into browser. no error, no result just showing me blank screen of my page.? and its happen after unistall and re-install crystal report before this process report being open. but after this process report does not open and does not show any results.

i have done as per sachin sing's answer its working by the visual studio 2010 crystal report framework 4 is installed but when i open that site by IIS after publishing the report not open. and only showing me just background color. report does not apear. why its happening. i am using Visual Studio 2010. Crystal report 2010 version 13.0.26. there is any external setting to lauch site in IIS to open reports. ?

Crystal reports requires its runtime on the target computer and developer version for using in visual studio. It is a third party sdk, you can try @sachin's answer or I highly recommend you to go for RDLC report viewer followed by upgrade to Visual Studio to the latest stable release.

Uninstall Crystal Report and Reinstall, your problem should be solved.
