Crm Plugin Not getting triggered

I have a plugin(Microsoft Office 365) which is converting email to cases. But the issue here is the plugin is not getting triggered for some of the emails....I want to know here what is the limit of the Plugin for these email..Will it get triggered for all emails coming into crm in a time frame or has a limit.if it has a limit how can this limit be overridden
