First timer to c-sharpcorner From a visual studio C# solution I need to create an Excell spreadsheet from an array int [] [] 512x512.

You can use Interop.Excel or oledb to read/write on an excel sheet (OleDB is recommended because it is much faster than Interop http://dotnetstep.blogspot.com/2012/05/create-and-read-excel-file-using-oledb.html
