Creating controls across forms

Hi there,
I am currently trying to create a program which opens with a form, the user has sever options which open various other forms. From the forms which are opened I want to be able to create a new control on the base form. I am also having trouble trying to access classes which I declared in the base form from the sub forms. Any help would be appreciated.
