create a configure in XML and read that file in HTML5?

Hi,
 
I have created a HTML 5 web page with 5 sections. including images, video streaming, content etc.  I dont want to hard coded the value in HTML5 each time when changes needed.
 
My requirement is i need to read the file from XML and display in  HTML5.
 
Is there any wat to achieve this??
