Continuous panels (dynamically) inside main panel

Hello, Is it possible to have "Continuous panels" is VS? Not a dataGridView,I need to have a single line panel with fields on it and repeated for all the dataset.These panels will be part of a parent panel. At the end of parent panel i want to add a dataNavigator that controls the dataset. Is this too much to ask?:) Thank you in advance.
