Compopsite Control Development - Automatically create database when dragged by developer

I have created an asp.net upload composite control that allows users to upload multiplie files to SQL Server database. The control works fine but I would like that when the I drag the control from the toolbox, a pop up shows up where I can specify a connection string myself. I have already implemented code that generates tables where files are stored.


Any suggestions please?
