Compiling a Image(jpeg) file

I have been trouble compiling jpeg files into the standart .exe file, however, selecting compile from the drop down box in the image properties, dindt help accept for causing a compilation error. i dont know if its on the forums here, if it is, i did search but dindt find anything. would be great if somebody could help. (it is for vieuwing in a simple image box.)
