Combobox and checkboxlist

Question

If i select the item as physics in the subject combobox ,Its all chapters should display in the checkboxlist.

similarly if I select Chemistry Its all chapter should display in the chechboxlist

How to do this using windows form application c# with Access database

If i select the item as class_standard as 10th std in classcombox its subjects all should display should display in subject combobox and when we select subject from subject combobox all its branch should display in branch combobox, How to do this using windows form application c# with Access database
