check share point group exists or not

Hi All,

I am new to this sharepoint.

My question is to activate feature using visual c# in which it has to check whether the share point group exists or not and if it doesn't exists then create a share point group in a site and add users to that group and give full control permissions for those users.This feature should be accessed to only one site collection.
